Description
USS Harry S Truman moored at Naval Station Norfolk, with two carrier-based F/A-18 Hornet jets climbing out overhead. I made this drawing from the pier in July 2009. I had intended to take a photo to take home and then sketch from the photo, but no photography was allowed. But the guard allowed me to make a drawing and even brought me a chair to sit on!
